Xiaomi poaches Tesla’s delivery operations manager in Europe ahead of 2027 launch

Xiaomi has hired Tesla's Senior Manager of Delivery Operations for Central Europe to lead its own European logistics, ahead of its 2027 market launch. This is part of a targeted recruitment push, as at least one other Tesla operations staffer has also joined the Chinese EV maker. For Tesla, this represents a loss of key European operational expertise to a future competitor.
