Tesla Autopilot comes to an end in North America
Tesla has officially removed the standard Autopilot driver-assistance feature from its new vehicles sold in the U.S. and Canada. This means new buyers will no longer receive the basic suite of highway steering and traffic-aware cruise control for free. Instead, Tesla is pushing customers toward its paid Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscription or package, increasing the upfront cost for what was once a standard feature.
